LumenRadio and Hofmann Teknik offer wireless lighting control seminar in Stockholm

Staff from LumenRadio and Hofmann Teknik will be conducting a free wireless seminar in Stockholm, Sweden on December 15. The seminar will take place in the facilities of Moderna Dansteatern on Skeppsholmen between 10am and 3pm.Sessions will include a general overview of current and future wireless technologies in lighting and entertainment control, in addition to specific sessions on practical issues ranging from control protocols to
equipment and antenna selection and placement.Use of old and emerging control protocols in wireless systems, including DMX, RDM, ACN, and Art-Net, will be covered in detail with particular emphasis on the new protocols that are about to take over the world of
entertainment control. RDM and ACN offer, for the first time in our industry, a standardized platform for bi-directional communication which opens up for a whole new way to manage and monitor the ever expanding size
and complexity of the systems.LumenRadios’s award winning CRMX Nova and Nova Flex product lineup will be available to participants in a work-shop like setting for hands-on use and experimentation. CRMX SuperNova, the award winning configuration, control, and monitoring software, will be explained in detail. The tools these advanced technologies provide for effective and comprehensive control and monitoring will be explored with examples from real life scenarios.”The CRMX products can in many applications be operated by the push of one button, but the real added value for the serious professional user lays in the advanced features offered by our technologies. Education and training make it easier to take full advantage of this and to use the systems to their full potential,” says LumenRadio’s CTO, Niclas Norlen, who will lead the technical sessions.A limited number of seats are available; to reserve your seat please register today at www.hofmann.se.
