LumenRadio at PLASA Developers’ Conference

LumenRadio is proud to announce that the company will be represented at the upcoming RDM and StreamingACN Developers’ Conference and Plugfest this weekend in London, UK. The conference will host seminars on a number of topics: “sACN – The essentials of streaming DMX”, “RDM – What can it do for me? Some case studies” and “RDM and Wireless DMX – Fact or Fiction?” just to name a few.

“It’s becoming evident that RDM and Streaming ACN are for the mass market. We have since long passed the point where only developers knew about RDM and Streaming ACN, now specifiers and end users have a greater demand and want to learn more on how to get the most value out of it”, says Michael Karlsson, Senior R&D Engineer at LumenRadio – member of the PLASA Task Groups for RDM and RMDnet (aka. RDM over Streaming ACN).

The event is a three day event starting with the developers’ conference on Thursday; continuing until Saturday with the RDM and Streaming ACN plugfest, a place where manufacturers can get together to test equipment together with other manufacturers’ equipment.

“The plugfest is a great opportunity for us. We’ll have the possibility to test functions that otherwise would only have been possible to test in real life, where it might be too late”, says Marcus Bengtsson, Senior R&D Engineer and lead developer of CRMX SuperNova.
